I believe it is the Chinese governments plan to skyrocket flourecent pricing so that the L.E.D. market will open up. By they way the Chinese lead the market on the affordable L.E.D. lighting replacement. Hmmm

This just goes to show that our business is based on supply and demand and the effects communism/restrictive trading has on a global “efficient economy.” This artificial constraint (Chinese Government) is creating a supply short fall while the demand is stable, which is why you see the increase in prices. The more governments stay out of the business world the more efficient our global economy will be. However, if we find a different supply source or different way to manufacture and either balance out the demand with the supply or lower the demand all together the prices will stabilize. Until then we are going to have to stick this thing out.
